Installation of Stella Maris Women's Cell

Stella Maris Church becomes the 175th Parish of the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman. On April 15th 2026, Stella Maris Chapel was solemnly elevated to the status of a Church, marking a historic and grace-filled milestone for the local Catholic community. The celebration was presided over by His Eminence, Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrão.

Today, our beloved Stella Maris Chapel will be formally canonically erected to the status of a parish church. Elevated in faith, united in love✝️🤍 #blessed #newbeginnings #goa #church
